By signing up to this online programming you confirm that you are fit and well to take part and that you forever release and discharge Thea Hudson from all claims, demands, damages, rights action, present and future therein.

Refund Policy

  • Payment for all plans are paid on a subscription basis.

  • No refunds are provided once the course is purchased unless in extreme circumstances. Thea Hudson Fitness reserves the right to look at exceptional refund circumstances on a case by case basis. Please email thea@thfitness.co.uk with details of your purchase and reasons why a refund is required. 

  • All subscriptions to online programs (Postpartum & Pregnancy) run on a weekly basis. Payment will be taken via stripe weekly from the day you signed up. Cancellation of your membership can be done at any time before the next payment is due and no further payment will be taken from your account.

  • If you terminate your membership, your access to you program will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for. You must ensure you cancel your membership before the date of your upcoming renewal. We do not offer refunds or credits for additional access for any unused subscription periods, change of mind, accidental purchases, medical reasons or any other reason unless required to do so by law. Our auto-renewable purchase subscriptions can only be cancelled by logging into the users account and cancelling. We reserve the right to change the subscription fees from time to time.
