CrossFit Mum Pregnancy Personal Training

Before I start working with any new clients, we go through a detailed consultation process. This is your chance to be completely open with me and to communicate what you are looking to achieve. This ensures that we are working towards your individual goals and needs, because everyone’s are different.  People seek out Specialist trainers for many different reasons; training throughout pregnancy, recovery postpartum, managing symptoms, looking for motivation and guidance on how to balance mum-lift or simply just for a bit of accountability!

Once the consultation process has been completed, I will develop a tailored programme, designed specifically for you, to get you where you want to be. My approach is to get you moving with intensity but within the parameters of your safety.  Bearing that in mind, expect to be pushed in your sessions with me, but I will always keep you within the boundaries of what is safe for you.  Moving well and safely is the number one priority. 

I offer Personal Training in Southfields, Wandsworth Putney, and Earlsfield (essentially South West London) at a studio or in the comfort of your own home (I bring all the equipment needed for your session). To learn more about the services I offer, click through below.
