Welcome to Strong Mum’s Club!

In the class we will be working on restoring your strength and fitness postpartum whilst also meeting new & likeminded people and having a really fun time! You can book individual sessions or up to 6 sessions. The more sessions you purchase, the cheaper they become.

If you decide to purchase a package, don’t forget to actually book into the session. There are limited spots so it is important to reserve your space.
