Support & Partnerships

Finding people you can truly trust and feel confident in during pregnancy and postpartum is everything. This is such a personal, and often vulnerable, chapter, so surrounding yourself with support that feels safe and informed matters deeply. That’s why we’ve included recommended practices from Women’s Health Physios, Doulas, Nutritionists, and Massage Therapists.
