I’m a Specialist Pregnancy and Postpartum Trainer, CrossFit Level 2 Coach, and mum to Otto and Ralphy.
I’m based in South West London, working with women across Wandsworth, Southfields and Earlsfield.
I believe deeply in the power of movement. Not as punishment. Not as pressure. But as a tool for resilience, confidence and long-term strength. Everything I coach, I live.
I train consistently. I prioritise my wellbeing. I navigate the chaos, the interrupted sleep, the emotional load and the physical recovery of motherhood alongside the women I work with.
I know what it feels like to love training and still have to modify your burpees.
To miss your old body and still respect your new one. To want more from yourself without rushing the process. That lived experience matters.
I started Thea Hudson Fitness in 2018 because I wanted to share the fulfilment and clarity that strength training has given me. As a Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach, I’ve always loved helping people feel capable in their bodies. But after becoming a mum, my focus sharpened. I saw how much confusion, fear and outdated advice exists around pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Too many women are told to either wrap themselves in cotton wool…
or “just get on with it.” There’s a better middle ground.
Now I work closely with women navigating diastasis recti, prolapse symptoms and the complex realities of postnatal recovery. My role is not to panic you, and not to dismiss you. It’s to guide you.
You won’t get bounce back culture. You won’t get fear-based training. You will get intelligent, progressive strength work that respects your body while rebuilding it properly.
My sessions are supportive and positive, but they are not fluffy. We will train with intention, we will build capacity and we will create resilience.
Because athleticism does not end when you become a mum.
