Before I start working with any new clients, we go through a detailed consultation process. This is your chance to be completely open with me and to communicate what you are looking to achieve. This ensures that we are working towards your individual goals and needs, because everyone’s are different.  People seek out a Personal Trainer for many different reasons; weight- loss, pre-natal / post-natal training, strength and conditioning training, loss of motivation to name just a few.

Once the consultation process has been completed, I will develop a tailored programme, designed specifically for you, to get you where you want to be. My approach is to get you moving with intensity but within the parameters of your safety.  Bearing that in mind, expect to be pushed in your sessions with me, but I will always keep you within the boundaries of what is safe for you.  Moving well is the number one priority.
