Who am I?
Hi there, I’m Thea, a Personal Trainerand CrossFit Coach. I am based in the City of London(near Liverpool St / Moorgate) and in South West London covering Wandsworth, Putney, Clapham, Battersea etc.
I am a fitness fanatic, who truly lives and breathes what I do. I am always looking for the next adventure, training hard and keeping wellbeing at the centre of my focus. I am committed to continuously developing my knowledge, skills and life experience. Don’t forget, life is meant to be lived!
I began my Personal Training business ‘Thea Hudson Fitness ’because I wanted to spread the joy and happiness that this lifestyle has offered me. As a Personal Trainer/CrossFit Coach, I knew I could have a really positive impact on people’s lives. My goal is to help my client to change their mindset, so they do not see Personal Training as just a 1 hour session each week to stave off a few calories, but a stepping stone to a new lifestyle.
Part of living life to the fullest, is taking great care of the one body we get given. I believe fitness is for life, not just a quick-fix. It's all about feeling better, being stronger and moving faster everyday. Small changes that develop into consistent habits can be life-changing.
Ok, so we know that fitness is so important, but it should also be something we can all enjoy. My approach is to build a positive and fun environment for my clients, whilst also using my experience and knowledge to help them achieve their goals.
